License Agreement 

By purchasing a resource (“item” or “file”) you are being granted a license to use these files for specific uses under certain conditions.

• The visuelcolonie.co grant the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital work (“Item”).
• You are licensed to use the Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for your clients and the End Product may be sold, licensed, sublicensed or freely distributed. 

Other license terms:

• You are not required to attribute or link to visuelcolonie.co in any of your projects.
• All the rights for photographs used in Item are reserved by their legal owners and are presented in the Item for demonstrating purposes.

Prohibitions

• Resell or sub-license the Licensed Asset ‘as is’
• Resell any modification of the asset on its own
• Share the licensed Asset in any way that will allow others to download, extract, or redistribute it
• Use the Licensed Asset in fraudulent, pornographic, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material
• Claim false ownership / authorship of the Licensed Asset

Rights

You have right to use our resources royalty for your / your client's personal and commercial projects based on your license.

You may modify the resources according to your requirements and use them in your/your client's personal and commercial projects. For example, you might include this resource in a website that you are developing for a client.

Visuel Colonie will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.

We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.
